Anyone know what the hell this is or how to stop stupid Catia from doing it?

OK, apparently the problem is that one of the flanges on this sheet metal part is interfering with another flange when it's folded. It interferes by less than .001" but that's what's causing all of the crazy lines.

I dunno if nobody knew or if nobody wanted to answer but that was the problem. Hopefully it helps someone else out.
