Hi,

My apology, in case if you have seen this question before. I remember I posted this question yesterday and suddenly it's off the list for some reason when I checked today.

My question is if there are any freeware GIS software for mapping that you may recommend me download on my PC running on Windows 7 Pro. I found one called mapwindow and others like openGIS.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

QGIS, GRASS, UDIG are one of the better ones. I'm heavily involved with GIS, keep asking, and i'll keep answering
