I have a job site where the compressor burnsout every year. When I check the wiring between phases I get 460 Volts. Two phases to groung I get 460 volts; however, when I check the third phase to ground I get 0 volts. I have a 75 horsepower motor. could the wiring be problem for my burnouts

I doubt it. It sounds like you have corner grounded delta. The motor doesn't generally care about that.

Look more for a current or voltage imbalance between phases.

Also look for short cycling. The compressor should not be starting and stopping more frequently than every 15 minutes.

Look for a a bad head unloader. If the compressor isn't being unloaded one event could be fatal.
