Has anybody had problems with ghost dimension, where when you go into an detailed drawing it has put extra dimensions on. I am on NX2 Rev 2.0.0.21 at the moment, if anybody knows a work around on this or if there is a bug fix for it.

Cheers

That is the original release of NX2. Upgrade to a newer SP of NX2 or to a newer version of NX.

What exactly do you mean by 'ghost dimensions'? Do you mean dimensions that show up unexpectedly or things that only look like dimensions, but are not?

Thank's for that Ben.

John what I mean is that dimensions show up unexpectedly,
but I think Ben has answered my question

Cheers

Well, those 'dimensions' might be the expected behavior. If you are NOT doing master-model (your drawing is NOT an assembly with your part file loaded as a component), features like Sketches and Holes can have their dimensions copied to the drawing automatically. This is by design. Even with the Master-Model approach, these dimensions can be inherited, just that it does not occur automatically in that case.
