Getting properties for Light Lubrication Oil

I want to design a lube oil condenser in Aspen EDR. How can I define the properties of lube oil from property packages available(especially for vapor phase)?

ASPEN EDR is not appropriate for lube oil properties. Do it with Hysys, and design the heat exchanger in Hysys with the interface to EDR.
