Geotechnical Testing to Russian Codes

Problem: Preparation of a Geotechnical Investigation specification including soils laboratory tests to both SNiP / GOST codes as well as western codes (e.g. ASTM / BS etc.)

Question: Can anyone provide any guidance / tips on conversion factors for comparing test results between Russian and western codes?
