Geometry Import to ANSYS

Hello,

I created a random distribution of spheres in space in Grasshopper, Rhino. I saved the part as parasolid and tried to import it into ANSYS APDL. It' s imported OK but when I try to subtract the spheres from a cube there are some problems. The problems seem to occur only in the spheres that are not whole, but just a part of a sphere.

I can upload the parasolid file if anyone wants to try it.
