Does anyone know how to generate a report that breaks out each project by month, time, and position.

Example:

Project Name

Jan 2008 Feb 2008
Task #1 -130hrs Task #1 -80hrs
Task #2 -140hrs Task #2 -60hrs
Task #3 -160hrs Task #3 -90hrs

Something to that example above.

Let me know if any questions.

See if either of these options work:
1. Click on Task Usage View, then alter your time phases data to display at the Month level.

2. Click on >View, >Toolbars, >Analysis. Then choose the >Analyze Timescaled Data in Excel. Follow the wizard and choose Month for units.

I hope one of these options get you close!

I ended up doing it manually, but would still like to learn. You lost me at Then choose the "Analyze Timescaled data in Excel". I don't see that option anywhere. I see a data analysis button, but it is not letting you select it.

Thanks
