Generate Missing Part Family Members

Hi,
I've exported an assembly and all part families masters to our supplier.
He has set this option in the load option rule, but not all families members are generated.
Some yes and other not.
What I've to check to understand what is wrong ?

Using NX 8 and TC9.1
