General Notes for barriers

I'm looking for some general notes on site perperation for a passive barrier systems (i.e. Concrete blocks). I'm not sure what conditions the field might encounter. Un-level ground, marshy ground, etc.

You should probably look at the materials available from the rental companies that deal in barricades, flashers, etc. Unfortunately every jobsite has different constraints and concerns.
