Hi there Boydt! Been a while since we talked. I've been using that UDF and although there are some quirks not and then it generally has saved me a lot of time.

I'm wondering if you have ever done a 45 degree pressure angle spline tooth. I'm trying to do a 24/48 33 tooth spline and I'm not getting what I would have expected. It seemed to work fine on a 30 degree pressure angle.

It seems the major diameter doesn't work very well with the involute profile. I've not been able to figure out what is going one. I'm useing a 1.350 minor diameter and a 1.443 major diameter.

If you get a chance, can you take a look and see if it works for you. Just to be sure I'm not missing something.

Thanks,
