Hello there, I am a sales person at Moore Gear Manufacturing. I just wanted to offer my help in answering manufacturing questions dealing with gears and gear rack. I can answer questions on functionality drawing from my experience and those of my co-workers. Moore Gear manufactures various kinds of gears (spur, helical, bevel, miter, sprial bevel, splines, gear rack (spur, helical, and round)etc...) We use CNC equipment in every deparment, this includes the use of a CNC gear checker. Moore Gear also stocks standard gear rack in various sizes. We can manufacture gear rack up to 12' lengths and mill and match any length for continous travel. We use various materials and specialize in low cost/high quality production.
