Can anyone tell me what material GE EMPIS F71H1 is?

General Electric Engineering Materials and Processes Information Service stands for GE EMPIS.

You will need to have someone with old GE standards to chime in here.

Yea, I wish I could get my hands on that book. I run across this problem all the time.
