IN our one reputed global aerospace customer drawing feature tolerance in ±0.1 but in that circularity they given 0.250 any one can you explain on this?
Is this ISO GPS or ASME Y14.5 or some other standard.
Since one option is there is a mistake, I think it is not possible to explain how human beings make mistakes.
It is also possible that information is missing from this question.
If the diameter is an average diameter and the circularity is in the free state that is a reason the circularity it can appear to be in conflict from skipping that.
The final part is, what does it matter? As long as the final part meets all the requirements it doesn't matter if it appears that some requirements have no effect.
If there is the question that this will result in drawing-compliant parts that don't work, that is a design problem that can only be solved by those responsible for the drawing.

why (would the unit make a difference to the result) ?
IDK GD&T but does the +/- 0.1 describe a square where the point can be, and "circularity" a circle of diameter 0.25 ?
if so, then the two are quite similar (in either set of units) ... the square has a diagonal of 0.283, so the square and circle described above overlap ... no?
