Is there anyone who has experience with GD&T for Suspension Spring Drawings? My opinion is that GD&T cannot be applied to a spring shape. Are there any published rules/requirements for applying GD&T to spring forms?

Yes, that is correct. Helical compression spring.

You don't think you can apply a perpendicularity requirement between a ground end and the spring axis/ID/OD? Or parallelism between ground ends? Or concentricity, linearity, surface finish, etc.?

You may use the Profile on the outside, inside and the ends but frankly I think GD%T for spring is not necessary. I do not think that any spring manufacurer has the instruments for such checking and will even consider it.
