I am observing reduction in rack forces due to less camber change. Can someone explain why is it so?

Bro, you wrote something incomprehensible. What kind of effort on which rack specifically, which car? As far as I know, camber is set for both front and rear wheels (though it depends on the car itself). So please clarify what kind of car it is, and what exactly doesn’t suit you, but there’s no way to answer what you wrote.

Perhaps "camber change" = caster?
"reduction in rack forces" = reduction in steering effort?
In which case we could be discussing simple increased steering effort due to jacking from a combination of caster and scrub radius?

BTW - where is the OP?
