I just need an english version paper about the introduction of GATE VALVE, better it's a academic one. actually this is special for a guy of my colleague's younger brother as reference. Anticipate and appreciate anyone could help. Thanks in advance.

Try to get your hands on a copy of The Valve Primer
by Brent Stojkov. This book is an excellent introduction to all types of valves including gate valves.
