Hello,

I have got a gate valve made of A182 F91 which should be designed acc. to ASME B16.34, but the material is not covered by this standard.

So I think that this standard won't work in this case,
but I need to calculate the test pressure.

Any ideas which standard could be used instead?

Thank you in advance.

Huh? see table 2-1.15 for applicable B16.34 ratings for that material.

And also do some research to see how the mfr fabricated that forged valve- make sure they N+T'd the valve following all hot work, and don't accept a simple annealling operation.

If the valve is already certified it should have the ANSI Std stamped on it. You may contact the Mfr and ask all the questions.

F91 was added to B16.34 in an addenda 1998, my guess is that you are looking in the original 1996 edition if you are coming to the conclusion that it's not covered by the standard.
