Which is the best gasket for a 12" Flange Class 900, RTJ WN, MSS SP-44, astm A694 Gr. F-60, 11.126" bore , MTR by National Flange.

Another Flange of same dimension but with swivel ring MTR by Oklahoma forge

I know its R-57, ring type but will it be Oval Or Octagonal

Your gasket material is going to depend on your operating conditions and material compatibility issues.

You have have the Flange details already, design pressure of the line is 2072psig, so what gasket material is suitable for the ASTM A694 Flange

As I said, the flange material depends on operating conditions. Nobody will specify a seal material without knowing the operating temperature or the materials in your process.
