The heading says you are interested in turbines but your question is about generators. The large turbine manufacturers (GE, Siemens) build most of their own generators. Other turbine manufacturers go to outside OEMs such as Brush Electrical Machines in the UK. Solar Turbine has some info on the generators they use on their web site
