Tell us what you have found from googling the topic thus far, so we can know where to start with answering your question.

I did a google search on the topic of vibration analysis a couple of years ago, and the other day I came across all the info I printed off at that time and it was considerable.

If you have been there and done that, and found nothing suitable, then.....

Unless you're talking about turbines that are in large quantities in the field, that are used by many different users, I doubt you'll find anything that is tailored to your particular engine. A general vibration DAQ system that will monitor vibration data and provide FFTs and waterfall plots are what you need. Once you have that, you then need the time to learn how to interpret them for your application. Things like bearing ball pass frequencies and blade pass frequencies are pretty easy to pick out and verify. To get further into it, you need to develop your own parameters for fault prediction/prevention. There are plenty of references out there to get you going.

Greetings again VMAC,

If you are eluding to collecting field data on the engines we spoke of before it would be beneficial for everyone here in the forum to know what you are collecting vibration data with?

Many systems for vibration monitoring, mapping and diagnosis exist from manufacturers such as Bently Nevada, CSI, IRD/Entech etc that use diagnostic software specifically designed for their own data collection equipment.

Please let the forum know a little more information to assist you in your venture.

Kind Regards
