Hi please can anyone point me in the right direction. I think 1) and 2) from the images are right but I think then onwards may be wrong?

There are probably several folks on E-Tips who could help to do a proper review of these calcs, but it involves some effort, and in the real world, this doesnt happen if you dont wave the right color of money.
