Gas pipe through footing

Hi All,

I know water pipes can per IBC code extend through foundation using a sleeve pipe.
Can gas pipes extend through footings when sleeved as well?
Does anyone know of a code section that addresses this?

For a house the IRC prohibits it in G2415.6.

For non-residential the IFGC prohibits it in 404.6.
