well has gone from 70 b/d to 50 b/d
65 mcf/d - would holding more back press
on the tubing help - well seems to be flowing
and pumping / one guy wants to run a
larger pump - if in fact it is flumping I
do not see how this will help

the well is only been on pump for 6 months
and flowed for about the same amount of
time

thanks

This might be a better question to put in one of the Petroleum Engineering Forums. Questions on downhole pumps don't usually get much support in Pumps.

Also, it would help if you would include some pertinent details like: (1) is it a gas well or an oil well; (2) what pump technology are you using: (3) how deep is it; (4) how much gas is it making; and(5) what kind of time period was involved in the drop from 70 b/d to 50 b/d?
