do any one have any evidence of galvanic corrosion when an ss spacer ring is being used as spacer for CS pipe socket gap ring. does this volume difference of spacer and pipe have any effect on rate of corrosion when coming to a liquid medium during the process. can any one specify this SS can be used in CS pipes

The spacer ring will have little to no effect on the carbon steel piping. Now, if it was the other way around and the piping was stainless and the spacer was carbon steel it would be affected more.
