In checking the sliding stability at intermediate levels of a gabion wall, what is the angle of friction on the interface between two gabions/baskets?

In addition, what is the unit weight of the rock fill in the preliminary design?

Thanks

Steve
friction angle depends on the type of rockfills you use.

- i have used 2.3tonnes/m3 in the past. Again this depends on your rockfill.
