G.E. 90-30 program saves

I have a client who has acquired 8 or so 90-30 PLCs (374 processors) in the last few years. Periodically a sitiation will arise whereby they need to reload a program.
Does G.E. offer software that they could install on their laptop to upload/download programs? They will not need to manipulate any program, just some way of saving all of the current programs and re-installing them should a proccessor require it.
As cost could be prohibitive, are there any competing software sources available?

One can do this with a hardware device called the Portable Program Download Device.
