G-10/FR-4 material hardness

I am working with G-10/FR-4 material and I have found on the material spec sheets that on the Rockwell M scale it should be meeting 110. The material we are getting in is reading at 115-117. Should all G-10/FR-4 be closer to the 110 range or can it get up to the 115 range? I did see that the G-4/G-9 material runs on the M scale at a hardness of 115. If anyone can provide some insite on this I would appreciate it.
