when and why using switch fuse and fused switch and what is the different between them?

Switch-fuse
A switch in which one or more poles have a fuse in series in a composite unit
Fuse-switch
A switch in which a fuse link, or a fuse carrier with fuse link, forms the moving contact
The former is more expensive and more robust, and usually has better switching capability. The latter is cheap and compact.

hmmmmm, not in the USA. Haven't seen come across above defintions.
In fact fused switch is routinely used to describe a fusible switch in the USA, and fuse link is a known as "fuse link ".
There may be a definintion somewhere, but I mentioned what is the normally found in consulting engineeers business here.
