hi fam

looking for Very slow speed medium voltage fuse rated for 25kA at 36kV For indoor application. It has to have an instantaneous interrupt current higher than 2000A and not be too big so I can put 2 in parallel. I looked around the slow speed or very slow speed are not common for 36kV

Eaton RBA 38 kV expulsion fuse? 16.8 kA max, but 25 kA seems overkill for that voltage level.

You need a short circuit study to determine the maximum short circuit current.
What is the power and impedance of the uptream transformer feeding you?
