Function Tools Using Java JRE 8_111

Hello all,

I'm trying to figure out how to do transient loading on a model of mine, and I'm using Siemens online tutorial to do so. I've installed JRE-8u111 and used the override java parameters function as shown.

The path is directed correctly and the environment variable is used as the tutorial says. When I go to Menu-Tools-Response Dynamics, there is no Function Tools to click on. Has anyone else had this issue or am I missing something basic? Any help is appreciated, thank you!
