Looking for a temperature for the fuming point of Zinc, please.

It will start fuming (at low rates) near the melting point (1mm mercury or 1/760th bar vapor pressure at 487 C). If you are producing ZnO, you run the plant above the b.p. for zinc (907 C) and pass cooling/reaction air over the flask to sweep away the ZnO as it forms. Obviously at the low end, the rate of fuming is exponentially less than at the boiling point.
