I am bit struggling with the effect of fitting welded to the pipes operating in Full Vacuum. I have seen the ASME BPV VIII. the only thing i have found was about straight pipe with certain L/D. But I am unable to find any information about the fittings connected in between the pipe. I hope that someone can give me a tip or right direction.
