Full size dialog boxes

Is there a setting in UG to force full size dialog boxes? For instance, if I choose "Blank", I want the class selection window to appear rather than the mini-box with the "Class Selection", "Accept" and "Cancel" buttons. It seems to me that with this new dialog box layering I am performing a lot more mouse clicks with NX3 than I was with previous versions.

Also, is there an option similar to the Autocad "expert" variable that will cut down on the number of pop-up confirmation windows?
