Full screen behaviour

When I am in full screen mode and hit the alt key the ribbon bar pops up at the cursor, its on the home tab

If I hit my left and right arrow, which I think is supposed to flip through the tabs, it pops over to my left monitor, my main UG session is on my main monitor

It does cycle through the tabs but it does it on the wrong monitor

Could someone else with a dual monitor setup confirm that its not just me LOL
