Full pen column splicing, fitup/misalignment spec? D1.1...

hi. Splicing 80' columns for a multistory building using two 40' sections. During fitup the Web and flanges dont, obviously, align perfectly. Is there a spec or percentage of misalignment allowed for fitup and full pen weld joint? These are w33x(i forget) columns. The web and flanges are 7/8" thick or so.
