Fuel transfer hose reeler drum deck oil tanker standards

Hi all,

Are there any American Standards for fuel hose reeling applications.

I have a fuel transfer hose that's about 50m long to be stored on a fuel tanker.

I usually design winders for mining applications. Someone saw a design, was impressed and wants one for a ship.

Are there any standards that might apply to a 1m dia drum winder reeling in an empty fuel hose 50m long sitting on an oil tanker deck.
