FUEL PIPELINE AND GROUNDING

Lightning Protection, inside Chamical Industry, provided for 100 ft Communication Tower creates area, where all metal parts must be bonded and grounded.
Inside that area are located three existing Fuel Pipelines. How to make Grounding for these pipelines ?
Is there any standard or article describing that ?
Also how far to go with a bonding / grounding ? ( different standard - different distances 30 ft,100 ft etc.)
