Hi Guys!

I´m facing a problem whose answer I´m not sure. It happens that we need to repair by welding an internal damaged baffle of a cargo tank used for fuel oil road transportation. Originally it was internally epoxy painted. We sand blasted almost all this paint but still have some concern with fuel oil vapor which could still remain inside this tank. Is there any procedure to eliminate any chance of explosion while welding inside the tank. Any help will be very welcome. Thanks in advance and regards.
