Fuel Cell Modelling in ASPEN

Is it possible to model a PAFC in ASPEN PLUS 11.1 without AES Fuel Cell Solution? How might I go about that?

I do quite a lot of Aspen modeling, but am unfamilar with fuel cells. You can most likely model one using the custom user blocks/models. If you need some help, let me know.
