I changed one parameter in the process and the graph shows an improvement in the product quality. Thinking of using Excel's Ftest to quantify the confidence level that there is indeed a change.

Your feedback on Ftest to quantify the confidence level ?Other tests available ?

Choices would depend upon the number of samples and what type of data is available showing the quality improvement. You would be looking to do a one-tailed test. A Z-test, t-test, or F test are all possibilities depending upon your data types and/or sample sizes.
