I am trying to test transistor characteristics to make sure they are close to the manufacturer's value. Does anyone know of a way to test the Ft @ the manufacturer's test conditions for a particular transistor? Now I know all I need to do is measure the gain and multiply it by the max frequency, but how do I design an amplifier for different ranges of frequencies? Thanks in advance
