Can anyone advise any references about procedure of conducting a friction test to confirm friction coefficient value i.e. friction between tendon and duct?
This is required to confirm the actual tendon elongation values.
Thanks

It greatly depends on the sheathing material... and you should be able to obtain that from the supplier... one of the first post-tensioned buildings I did, the strand length was about 350' and I had stipulated that the strands be tensioned from both ends... on site, there was little (almost no loss) loss for that 'short' length and revised the specs to tensioning from one end only.

To confirm the actual tendon elongation values, you just need to take a measurement of the elongation. A calculation might be close but not more accurate than measuring the actual elongation.
