Hi, I am trying to simulate FSW process in Abaqus CAE. Attached is the input file for the same. I am trying to get flash after welding is completed in step-1(Coupled thermo mechanical analysis). I have tried several runs with different time period, but in vain, each resulting in convergence error. Any suggestions would be helpful.
