I need to know what Friction Coefficient (between low carbon steel and middle carbon steel with normal machined smoothness and without lubricant) is.

And any source contains the information?

Thanks.

A rough estimate is 0.20 for clean steels, higher if rusty. There are many sources for this, including a few threads right here on this forum.
