Hi!
I'm tyring to model a floor exposed to a dynamic force in Abaqus. With help of a frequency step I got the eigenfrequencies of the model. Then I used a modal dynamics step to see the respons.
Now I'm interested in knowing at which frequencies the floor is vibrating. Does anybody know where I can see that? Is it for example possible to plot the respons in the frequency plane instead of the time plane?

Certainly......Use a FFT (fast fourier transform) to get the response in the frequency domain from the time history....
