Free viewer software 1

Hi

I'm looking for a free software that allows one view a Staad model as well as view the member and joint numbers.
Or allows me to build a similar model to the one in Staad displaying member and joint numbers.
No need for calculation function.

Anyone know of a software that is relatively close to these specifications? (Must be free)

Id like to add, I am just looking for a program that has no calculating possibilities, however can produce models like staad.

This is because of license issues, and just viewing staad files, u need a license.

So, any program with similar functions will do. Managing the member and joint numbers is the main function that I am looking for.

I found a free software that did all this. It is very similar to staad. and free
