I'm working on four (three story and loft)wood bldg over garage concrete structural slab.
can you recommend or provide any softwares or spread sheets to calculate the resisiting and overturning moment on each floor?
Your help is appreciated.

Don't take this the wrong way at all, but I would highly recommend "Desing of Wood Structures - ASD" by Donald E. Breyer. It deals with everything you'll need to know to design your four story wood building.

As a side note, under IBC 2003, section 2308.2 (Conventional light-frame construction Limitations):
2308.2.
-1. Buildings shall be limited to a maximum of three stories above grade.

It is easy enough to calculate by hand. at least, you should be able to do so, rather rely on a "black box" approach.
I don't use this software, but have heard it recommmended:

SacreBleu...
I've used the software for many years and it is quite good

As a side note to AggieYank's post:
Since doesn't meet code for conventional light-frame, must be an engineered design, i.e. designed & stamped by competent P.E. or S.E.
