"If you are using Ram Foundation to design foundations supporting Concrete Columns, those foundations will not be designed including the Hyperstatic forces from post-tensioned levels above."
I do not understand, but taking a guess:
Is this referring to the compressive forces (resulted from post tension) from levels (I imagine mostly only from the next 1-3 levels above foundation level?) above foundation, and how these horizontal forces will transfer loads (assumed this is not a sway frame bldg) horizontal shear forces through the column and to the foundation?
