Does anyone have any fouling factors for shell and tube heat exchangers with the following gas composition:

20% H2, 20% H2O, 50% CO?

I looked up a value for steam and one for hydrogen and the Rs are radically different. For hydrogen, I got about 568 W/m2-K. For steam, I got 11,111 W/m2-K. Of course, there is nothing on CO and what I really need is a fouling factor for the combined gas stream.

I have a few thoughts, i.e., take the worst since it is a spec for the vendor, but that seems lazy to me.

Any ideas?
